How do I stamp a match? Open Matches, pick a league (or All) and a day, and tap the stamp on the match: “I was there” or “I watched it”. Anything that isn't in the fixture list — another league, a concert, a gig — goes in from the stamp button in the middle of the tab bar.
Can I add the score or photos later? Yes. Open the stamp in your Passport any time to edit the score, your notes, photos and videos.
When do scores and kick-off times update? Fixtures refresh every couple of hours, so a full-time score usually appears within a few hours of the whistle.
Where is my data? On your iPhone, and backed up to your own private iCloud when you're signed in to iCloud — a new iPhone or a reinstall brings it back. Nothing is shared unless you publish a stamp. Profile shows the backup status, and Profile → Export passport saves everything as a zip. Details are in the privacy policy.
Who can see what I publish? You choose per stamp: your followers, or everyone. Stamps shared with everyone also get a web page you can send to friends who don't have the app.
How do I delete my fan account? Profile → Delete my fan account. It removes your profile and everything you shared, for everyone. Your own passport stays on your phone.
The “Next match” widget is empty. Open Matches once after installing; the widget fills in from there.
I can't find the feed. The social features aren't offered in the mainland China App Store. Stamping, your passport, share cards and backup all work there.

怎么盖章？打开「赛程」，选联赛（或全部）和日期，点比赛上的章：「我在现场」或「我看了直播」。赛程里没有的比赛、演唱会、演出，用底部中间的盖章按钮手动加。
比分和照片能之后再补吗？可以。随时在护照里打开这枚章，改比分、写笔记、加照片和视频。
数据存在哪？存在你的 iPhone 上；登录了 iCloud 的话，会备份到你自己的私有 iCloud，换手机或重装都能找回。只有你主动发布的章才会被别人看到。「我的」页面能看到备份状态，「导出护照」可以把全部内容存成一个 zip。详见隐私政策（英文）。
怎么删除账号？「我的」→「删除我的球迷账号」。你的资料和分享过的所有内容会对所有人删除，你自己的护照仍留在手机上。
为什么看不到动态？中国大陆 App Store 不提供社交功能。盖章、护照、分享卡和备份都能正常使用。
